Loved how Kenzie's story unfolded with Brett!

Wow! I totally loved Brett! Alpha male who is tender, loving, sexy! He was the perfect match for Kenzie. I wondered when reading the first two books in this series how her story would play out. What kind of man she would need. And he was truly perfect and understanding for her.
Colin, Ian and Aleck - still wonderful older protective brothers. Love how they are with Kenzie. As any brothers should be. Delonna, Hailey and Sarah are awesome girlfriends who seriously crack me up. Love their friendship.
Kenzie and Brett are amazing together. Their chemistry is off the charts. It was nice to see them come together and work their issues out honestly and realistically.
My only fault with this book would be that a certain situation was over with quickly. But that is more because of my vengeful personality. Would have liked a little more come uppance.
Definitely cannot wait for Aleck's book. Can only imagine the heat from his story!

Loch and Key- The McLaughlins Book 3

I have been waiting for Loch and Key to come out since book 1. It's clear that while the McLaughlin brothers are total Alpha Male Hotness rolled into very sexy, Scottish packages, Kenzie wasn't going to be swept off of her feet by just anyone. We are quickly introduced to Brett Craven in Kilty Pleasure as he comes into the family bar before being shipped out.
Brett has come back from his time at sea and his men are ready to hit the bar. While he is normally the responsible one he can't get the image of Kenzie out of his mind. She's not quite the easy going girl he thought she was going to be. Yet can you blame Kenzie after what happened to her in the past.
I loved Loch and Key. Both Bret and Kenzie had other idea's about their "relationship" but as in love and life things never go quite as planned. The sparks between these two are so bright and hot I couldn't not put this book down! It made me straight up laugh my butt off, and it had me crying. One of my top favorite Shelli Stevens books, and that's hard because I adore all of them!

What a sweet hot story!

If you haven't read any of Shelli Stevens books then I feel sorry for you. Start with any of her books. This one is full of courage, hot sex, and falling in love.
