Could have been great..... ***3.5 stars*** (here is to hoping it will develop into a series)

I really wanted to love the book, but the end killed it for me unless there will be a sequel to this book. It just left too many unanswered questions. Like what is going to happen with Brendon and Payton's relationship? What is going on with Payton and how will he (if he does over come the animosity) get along with Ian? How will this effect the new pack dynamics and so on. I am okay when a movie/book leaves it open ended and lets the reader/movie watcher make their own assumptions, but (to me) this book does not to it well if that is what the author was intending.
In addition, I expected there to more conflict between the newly formed pack and Dick and his minions. Overall, I do enjoy reading D.J. Hearts' books and will continue to do so.

Hot!

This was a hot and steamy story. It was just long enough, and I liked how the relationship between Tate and Ian progressed. Just wish it touched a little more on Ian reaching out to his family, or on how Payton will adjust to being claimed. Maybe this will be a series and a second book is already in the works? (fingers crossed!)

Tate was hot like burning, and once he got the full moon instincts out of the way I really liked him. Ian was a cutie. Could have done with less focus on the second couple towards the end of the book.
